However, in case you require assistance, we offer a simple and structured exchange process.
Exchange Eligibility
We offer an exchange facility within 7 days once the order is delivered, under the following conditions:

The product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

Original packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact

A valid proof of purchase must be provided
Exchange Options
You may choose any other product from our website:

If the new product is of higher value, the difference amount must be paid

If the new product is of lower value, the balance amount will be issued as store credit
Store Credit

Store credit is issued in applicable cases and can be used for future purchases

It is non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be converted into cash

Store credit remains valid for use on VisionMaxx only

All exchange requests are subject to a strict quality inspection once the product is received by our team.
